Natalie Scenters-Zapico is the author of The Verging Cities (Center for Literary Publishing, 2015), winner of the PEN American/Joyce Osterweil Award, the GLCA Award, and a National Association of Chicano/a Studies Book Award. Her second book is forthcoming in 2019 from Copper Canyon Press. She will be teaching at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln starting in Fall 2017.
