Through October 4th, The Texas Contemporary Art Fair returns to the George R. Brown Convention Center this October 1-4. Once again, Texas Contemporary is partnering with Gulf Coast and other local arts and cultural institutions to produce a program of conversations, panels, performances, and off-site events.
Highlights include a live performance at CAMH by Jeffrey Vallance in collaboration with Houston-based artist Reverend Ethan Acres and a conversation with the design duo The Hass Brothers about the blurring of lines between art and design. On Sunday, October 4th, Gulf Coast will present a panel Conversation: Art Writing – Beyond Genre, from 4:00-5:30.
